
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir to combine ingredients until you have a sticky dough.
- Place the bowl in the fridge for half an hour. This step is not mandatory, it just makes the mixture easier to work with.
- Roll in to one inch balls and enjoy 🙂 Store the left over balls in the fridge.
Note:
If the mixture seems too wet, add more oats. If it seems too dry, add more nut butter. It should hold together when lightly squeezed.
