Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir to combine ingredients until you have a sticky dough.
  3. Place the bowl in the fridge for half an hour. This step is not mandatory, it just makes the mixture easier to work with.
  4. Roll in to one inch balls and enjoy 🙂 Store the left over balls in the fridge.

Note:

If the mixture seems too wet, add more oats. If it seems too dry, add more nut butter. It should hold together when lightly squeezed.
