Banana Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbs chai seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend well.
  2. Enjoy your smoothie!

Notes:

  • Add more or less milk depending on if you would like a thicker smoothie, or a thinner smoothie
  • Frozen avocados work great for this recipe
