
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbs chai seeds
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbs cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend well.
- Enjoy your smoothie!
Notes:
- Add more or less milk depending on if you would like a thicker smoothie, or a thinner smoothie
- Frozen avocados work great for this recipe
